Price	Our products are made-to-order and the price varies depending on the size of the customer's request, so we will contact you with an estimate.  For example, approximately A4 size (5,400 crystals) will cost 150,000 yen (tax included).

Timing of payment	When you order, please transfer half of the product price or a lump sum (payment in advance) as a starting fee.  In the case that you are paying half of the product price as a starting fee, we will show you a photo of the product is completed and ask you to transfer the balance of the payment after confirming the product's appearance. The product will be shipped upon confirmation of payment of the remaining balance.
Delivery time	It depends on the size of the product. We will contact you when we provide you with a quote.  Note) It takes about 1 month after you place an order (payment of deposit).
Returns, cancellations, etc.	CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER   Due to the nature of custom-made products,   1. If you cancel your order after it has been placed, the starting fee is non-refundable.   2. We do not accept any refusal to receive, return or refund requests after delivery. REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND BASED ON A DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT   Please contact us within 7 days of delivery of the product, otherwise we will consider the product to be free of defects.   If the product is found to have a defect, you must return it at our expense, and after confirming the contents, we will consult with you about repair, replacement, or refund. In the event of a refund, we will make a bank transfer. COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES   We will only be liable for damage directly caused by a defect in the product due to our negligence, up to the amount of our product price for the purchase in question. Please note that we will not compensate you for damages that exceed the price of the product.
